Shipping policy

Shipping policy:

• Processing time 3-6 business day.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
• After processing and roasting, delivery typically takes 1-2 weeks depending on your location.

Once you order has been shipped and handed to the carrier, Ay Bendito Coffee is not responsible for: 

• Lost packages
• Stolen packages
• Shipping delays
• Packages marked as delivered but not received

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve these issues. We will always provide a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Address Accuracy( Customer Responsibility)

Customers are fully responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. 

Ay Bendito Coffee is not responsible for:

• Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error
• Lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
• Reshipping fees for packages return to us 
• Refunds for orders shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer.
  

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay an additional fee to have it reshipped.
